Elasto-Plast organises free one-day 3D-printing training

On Tuesday 8 December, you can take part in a free 3D printing course as part of the Interreg France-Wallonie-Vlaanderen project “Elasto-Plast”. This is a collaborative project with various partners, including Flam3D members Centexbel and KU Leuven. The training “3D printing: Manufacturing with multiple possibilities” offers an interesting programme and takes online place from 9h45 till 16h00. Participation is free, but registration is required.

The training focuses on 3D printing in the field of polymer materials and links theory to practice. In the morning participants will learn more about Additive Manufacturing through various lectures about design and processes, CAD for AM, 3D polymer printing and Pellet Additive Manufacturing. In the afternoon the theory will be put into practice by means of practical workshops with various 3D machines.

The training will be given in French, but the slides will also be available in English.

Interested? More information about the programme of the course can be found here. You can participate for free by sending an email to sebastien.alix@univ-reims.fr or sebastien.charlon@imt-lille-douai.fr
