PEPS

The PEPS-model helps you move forward in Additive Manufacturing

Considering a next step in Additive Manufacturing, and need a little more (R&D) support … ?

Are you looking – for example – to test high-temperature 3D-printing, the printing of a ceramic heat shield, to characterise materials or simply to improve printing parameters? The PEPS-model is here to support any industry with any relevant question on 3D-printing/Additive Manufacturing. This offer is open to all industries, Fablabs, Third-Party Companies, Associations, etc… without any condition of size or turnover, in all types of application sectors, as long as they have an interest in 3D printing and are curious about it.

Other challenges that PEPS may help solve with you:

• new product development;
• drafting of specifications for the choice of a 3D printer;
• determine the best material for your prototype;
• support you with printing of technical polymers (improvement of parameters, post-processing, etc.);
• help you print metals or ceramics with FDM printers.

The PEPS consortium makes its equipment and skills available to help you in your development. We guarantee confidentiality and make use of public funding made available by Europe for your research.

The PEPS consortium is made up of IMT Nord Europe in Douai, France, CERTECH in Belgium, CRITT-MDTS in Charleville-Mézières, France, assisted by the regional partners, including Flam3D for project awareness.

By the way: a roadmap on a market watch and a comparative study on metal printed turbines written by a consortium competent in the field of additive manufacturing is already available here.
